REPORT....Read and presented to all members at the annual meeting.

No meeting held. There was not enough BOD members present. Those present discussed the finance report
and the need to adjust the match schedule at the annual meeting.
BY-LAWS......None.
RULES
COMMITTEE… #1, Proposed by Eason. Have only one Governor’s 20 for team
events. All 2 & 4 person teams can
be made up of members shooting either revolver or semi autos. Any agency can enter as many 2 or 4 person
teams as they wish. Give awards using
the Lewis System except Governor’s 20 awards! Motion and accepted. (write-up
below)
Gov-20 team rule:
Agencies may have as many 2 & 4 man teams as they wish. A firing member must choose either a 2 or 4
man team at each match. The members of
each team must be declared with the match sponsor at
the site of the shoot, prior to firing.
Only one team score will exist per sponsored match. Team members, who fire both auto &
revolver matches shall have the highest M-5 score count for the team
match. The Governor’s top 10 for teams
shall consist of the top 10 teams in the state based on an average of their top
10 scores, regardless of which type weapon they fired. Team awards at each match will be given using
the LEWIS system. All teams will be
ranked and split by THIRDS.
#2, North and South matches to combined
and drop the postal matches. This will
be on a trial basis for one year on a voluntary basis. Motion and accepted
#3, Revolver and Auto scores for
individuals to be joined/combined. Ten (10) total scores of
both Revolver/Auto for the Governor’s 20 standings. Motion and accepted.
MEMBERSHIP…..nothing.
Patti Fant provided a blue book with membership and match sponsor information
to all match sponsors. Book contains a
membership disk, forms and instructions on how to send results and match
information.

News from Tom Gaines and the NRA. The NRA is suing the city of
Jackman reads the new NRA rule change for Military
Police. The NRA rule allows them to
compete in NRA police events. The CPPA
will do a rule change at the next BOD meeting.
