Problems with email and mail addresses. Sponsors need to check entry forms for
correct address data.

SPONSORS…Nothing. Reminder to get fees in.
STATS
AND RECORDS....... List out on stats and
records. Shooters need to contact/email
CPPA/Treasurer regarding….Ten matches, Individual and team. Reduce extra team numbers in computer. Some teams have over five (5) numbers. Team captains need to contact John Koon with
correct team numbers. Send match
pictures and Stats-Record info to John Koon.
He will post on CPPA website.
CLASSIFICATIONS/PROTESTS.......None
… NRA still
slow with changing classifications.
DISTINGUISHED
MATCH........The 2007 final standings emailed to BOD and posted
at today’s meeting. Three shooters
legged out. Two in the
revolver and one in the semi-auto programs. We have enough badges on hand for the
awards.
TARGETS……Sponsors
order their own targets. CPPA ok with
targets ordered for SD match.
PUBLICATIONS….
Front Sight sent out at beginning of year.
Rest of Front Sights will be sent by email. Presently only two
members have indicated, that they do not have a computer. They will be mailed the Front Sight. All other members will get their Front Sight
emailed. Also match results and match
flyers are not being sent out to all shooters. Match sponsors need to remind shooters to
fill out a mailing label for results.

Phil Fant and John Koon counted the votes and will announce
the winner at the CPPA annual banquet on May 3, 2008 in
CPPA Free Match Entry for all 2008 matches. Drawing is for all members present at the ANNUAL
MEETING. Winner is Paul Tessier. Paul will get FREE MATCH ENTRIES for
all of the 2008 CPPA matches. Additional
raffle prizes were also draw for members in attendance.

Rolo was being paid for doing the CPPA books. Motion to pay Marian Koon for doing the CPPA books. All vote in favor to pay $1000 per year for doing CPPA books.
Tom Gaines requests relief for shooting positions due to
recent hip replacement. Seeks relief for Match 2 & Match 3 kneeling and seating
positions. All vote in
favor.
Tom Gaines seeks endorsement of CPPA and membership. All vote in favor of Tom’s endorsement for the 2009 NRA BOD.
Suggestion to drop names from CPPA Distinguished Standings List of shooters, who are not shooting. Distinguished committee will make adjustment of the list and keep the old list on file.
